In these terms and conditions "The seller" means
"Dazzling Digits" and "The buyer" means the purchaser of
goods and services from "The seller" under these terms and
conditions.
Payment of goods.
Full payment for goods is due before despatch. Payment can be made
by paypal, cheque or postal orders.
An administration charge of £30.00 is payable for cheques not
honoured by the bank.
Delivery
The seller undertakes to effect delivery as expeditiously as possible.
Delivery dates are estimated and can not be guaranteed, as they may be affected
by circumstances beyond our control. Whilst every effort shall be made to keep
any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. The
seller or courier shall not be liable for any consequential loss incurred
by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out
of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Parcels are sent by courier or recorded delivery and require a
signature. Parcels can generally be tracked online.
The goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for
shortages or damage must be reported to the seller within 24 hours of receipt
of goods. The seller will not consider claims made outside the above time
limit.
Returned Goods
When goods have been ordered or are not as expected, the seller
may agree to their return on the following conditions:-
The item/s must be returned unused and in perfect condition and in
the original packaging. A request must be made to the seller within 48 hours of
receipt of goods, any refunds given for return of goods shall be subject to a
handling charge of 10% per order.
The buyers postage or courier costs are non refundable.
No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation has been
given, the appropriate reference number must be quoted on accompanying
documentation.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for the
return carriage and to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packed to
avoid damage in transit.
We can not accept goods that we receive damaged from the customer
and reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for goods returned for
reasons other than that they are defective or not in compliance with the buyers
order. Such goods must be returned within seven days.Due to strict hygiene regulations the
seller can not accept returned items such as Nail and Beauty kits and products,
tanning solutions, tools, implements that have been opened or used. This list
is not exhaustive.
Cancellation.
Cancellation of an order prior to despatch will only be accepted
on the following terms:-
In writing :- letter, fax or email there is a 5% handling
charge.
Cancellation after despatch of goods:-
By courier :- a cancellation charge of £25.00 plus courier
fees applies. (Once goods are collected by courier it may not always be
possible to stop the delivery)
Cancellation not available on Royal mail recorded delivery
parcels.
Force Majeure
The seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders
if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances
beyond it's control.
Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to)
industrial action, accident, fire, act of God or failure to deliver by
suppliers or carriers.
Overseas Orders
The seller welcomes orders from any where in the world. Please
remember that carriage charges will vary on destination and weight of parcel.
Price on application.
Warranty
All Electrical items are guaranteed according to the manufacturers
warranty.
In the event of equipment breakdown please contact dazzling digits with date of purchase for returns authorisation code.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned in their original packaging carton or box along with the
original receipt or purchase order form.
Goods are checked and inspected before any replacements or refunds can be issued.
This guarantee shall not apply to damaged caused through fire,
accident, misuse fair wear and tear,
neglect or any attempt at repair or adjustment. In this event the buyer is required to pay the appropriate
return postage and packing fee:- courier,special delivery.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are not
replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
Vouchers may be used to purchase goods or nail or beauty
courses.
Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.
Once issued vouchers are non-returnable or refundable.
The seller reserve's the right to decline damaged, defaced or
copies of vouchers.
Dazzling Digits reserve the right to decline service to any
company or consumer.
All products advertised are subject to availability.
Property, legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by the seller,
shall pass to the buyer only when the seller has received full payment for all
sums then owed by the buyer to the seller.
All the above terms and conditions do not affect the
customers statutory rights

& Conditions
BOOKING VIA THE WEBSITE
Confirm by phone, fax or email that chosen
dates are available. A completed website booking form is required
(Calls are recorded for training purposes)
BOOKING BY POST
Confirm by phone that chosen course
dates are available, then fax, email or post the booking form. (Calls
are recorded for training purposes)
MILEAGE CHARGES
Mileage charges do not apply for a 30 mile (round trip) from Oldham, Lancashire.
Outside this a mileage charge of 26p
per mile applies, this cost covers fuel and travel time.
ACCOMMODATION
CHARGES
Where overnight accommodation is required by the trainer the
costs are payable
in full by the customer. Payment is due at the
time of booking.
INTERNATIONAL ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVELLING CHARGES
All travel expenses to be paid by the customer this will include:-
flights, airport pick up and drop off, uk airport parking, accommodation
and meals.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the time of booking, payment by paypal, or
cheque
Cheques are due within 14 days of booking (recorded
delivery is advised)
Full payment for block bookings is required at the time of
booking.
In the event of late bookings cash may be paid on the first day of
training by arrangement only. The online completed booking form is required.
Training Payments are strictly non refundable or transferable.
An administration charge of £30.00 is payable for cheques not
honoured by the bank.
CHANGES BY YOU
Any change you may wish to make to your confirmed booking must be
submitted in writing
(by recorded delivery) 7 days before commencement of
training. We will do our best to arrange the changes you request subject to
availability.
A £25.00 fee is charged for each course date amended.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
We require cancellation in writing by letter or email. Please send
letters by recorded delivery.
Cancellation charges are as follows:-
14 days or less -100 % full training payment due
21-15 days 80% of training fee
28-22 days 70% of training fee
56-29 days 50% of training fee
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY US
Due to unforeseen circumstances Dazzling Digits reserve the right
to cancel any training course or workshop with as much notice as possible.
Dazzling Digits cannot be held responsible for costs or loss of
earnings due to course cancellation.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Students booking on a two day nail extension course must have previously achieved a Manicure qualification, proof is required.
Students booking on the intermediate, Further Advanced or drilling course must have achieved a manicure and Nail extension beginners
certificate, proof is required.
Students are required to arrange childcare for the days of
training, provide a suitable table, couch or work area and observe the Dazzling
Digits Health & Safety policy.
i.e:- work areas must be clean and tidy and free from pet hairs.
No pets in the training area, no food or drink, strictly no smoking in any area of the training premises. No
television or hi fi noise due to distraction. Hair tied back, suitable attire (no jeans)
no excessive jewellery
Students are required to arrange a model for each day of training
(not applicable for certain courses) Please advise model of time required
(supplied on booking)
Please advise models that training given is to a set procedure, models
may not request their preferred treatment.
Models / clients are required for set times of the course and may
not “sit in” for the duration of the course.
Students / Beginners may not purchase their own nail or beauty
kits, tools or products (amended January 2006)
Further advanced students may use their own products and
equipment, please provide a full list of products, tools and
equipment that you intend to use.
Students are advised to carry out treatments professionally and
courteously in line with training. Training will be terminated if students are
disruptive, aggressive or abusive.
Students are advised to inform family and friends of the training
dates to prevent unnecessary interruptions :- phone calls, friends and family
dropping in.
Training courses must be completed within 3 months from the first
date of training.
Any materials / workbooks handouts, images supplied by Dazzling
Digits must not be reproduced, copied or used for training purposes. The
student / learner must not utilise any materials that would infringe copyright.
Any materials are the copyright of Dazzling Digits.
Dazzling Digits reserve the right to change any of the course/s
content or materials to fall in line with industry requirements or any
unforeseen circumstances.
Dazzling Digits reserve the right to decline service to any
company or consumer.
